CHANting

I've witnessed first hand through my own experience and that of my students, the vast wonders of chanting or vibrating sounds. I use chanting in my personal practice everyday.

 

Most people are ignorant of the power behind mantra meditation; mostly they think it is weird to chant until they feel the effects themselves.

 

Chanting is completely different from singing. Though the sacred sounds used are powerful for the sub-conscious mind, chanting's ability to vibrate the subtle parts of the body are its key to healing.

 

Breath is the King of the Mind and Sound is the Balm of the Soul.
