Arrival

Once we arrive at our destination, we drop anchor and move deeper into the yoga/meditation experience.

We start by getting centered with yoga practice. Then free flow water activities / onboard relaxation. 

 

Return & Integration

Now we pull anchor and begin our journey back. Invite exchange of info and suggest tools / techniques that provide an everyday wellness experience once you step off of paradise and back into the world!
